Membership of this association is open to 

all persons with an interest in ME/CFS & FM.

Membership includes delivery of our bi-monthly journal, 

“The Queensland Communicator”

(The legislation governing incorporated associations requires that a signed application for membership be submitted as laid out in Associations Incorporation Act 1981)

Payment Details for Membership and Donations

Once your membership form is completed you can return it 

either by post or email (scanned copy).

Payments can be made through Direct Bank Transfer using your Full Name as the Reference:

Fee Amount

Annual Subscription:  $25 

Membership is renewable on the anniversary of joining.

There are no fees for meeting or support group attendance.

Payment by electronic transfer or direct deposit:

In the case of a direct deposit at a Heritage Branch (entries for which, on our bank statements, usually do not identify the depositor), ask your teller to include your Full Name as the Reference.
