About Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia (FMS) is a primary pain condition with complex, multisystem symptoms.
It is common for people with ME/CFS to also meet diagnostic criteria for Fibromyalgia. However, many people with Fibromyalgia do not have ME/CFS and can tolerate management and treatment options that may carry risk of harm for people with post-exertional malaise (PEM).
